Lester Sumrall, Principal Broker
A South Bend native, Lester Sumrall has over 15 years of both commercial and residential real estate experience. With over 30 years of marketing and negotiation expertise, he has successfully raised money for numerous faith-based organizations through mass-media and connecting with people one-on-one.
He earned a BA from Oral Roberts University’s School of Business in 2002 and began a journey of combining his passion for marketing and media with creative entrepreneurship.
Lester is currently based in Bristol, Indiana, where he lives with his wife and children.
Mellisa Blackburn, Real Estate Agent
A native of Denver, Colorado, Mellisa Blackburn has been based in Elkhart, Indiana, since 2018 with her husband and children. She earned a BA in journalism from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2008, then homeschooled her children until the youngest graduated in 2021.
As a Navy veteran, Mellisa loves traveling to new places and meeting new people. When not remodeling her home, she enjoys reading and being with her family.
Mellisa is passionate about providing personalized care and will work tirelessly on her client’s behalf to meet their real estate needs.
